Mulberry lofts was built in phases throughout the 1920’s and 1930’s by the Southern Shoe Manufacturing Company. Our team purchased the property from a subsequent owner, Action Products. Action Products used the building as a manufacturing facility and headquarters. The building then underwent a “down to the structure” renovation. Mulberry Lofts is now home to over 30 businesses in Downtown Hagerstown. Included in this renovation, our team completed a highly customized build out for the Hagerstown Children’s School, a Montessori elementary and pre-school, on the entirety of the second floor. Mulberry Lofts has become a highly desired destination for creative professionals and businesses alike in Washington County.
