Moller on Prospect began as the home of the Moller Organ Company, the largest pipe organ manufacturer in the world. The property has sat vacant for much of the past 30 years. Our team purchased the property and began stabilization and modernization work. To date, our team has repointed, sealed, and painted the entirety of the brick exterior, replaced or repaired hundreds of windows, and begun bringing modern utilities into the building. Our conceptual plan for the project includes rowhouse style multi-level apartments along with office and retail space, but the possibilities are endless.
